Hi, I’m Rika! I’m a certified nutrition coach and founder of the Wonderwerk Eetplan, helping women and families transform their eating habits since 2014.

My story
THE BEGINNING
Back in 2014, I was desperate to lose weight. Like many others, I turned to Google and downloaded about 15 different diet plans from torrent sites—anything to help me start. One plan stood out: it didn’t require weighing food, had no expensive products, and no one trying to sell it. That simple, practical approach is what inspired The Wonderwerk Eating Plan.
I started on 18 August 2014, and in just the first week, I lost 4 kg—something I had never experienced before! I hadn’t even measured myself, but I could feel the centimeters melting away.
After two weeks, I shared my progress on Facebook, and the response was overwhelming. Many people reached out for more information. Soon, the plan was changing lives—men, women, and children over 12 were seeing real results.
In just 3 months, I lost 28 kg and dropped from a size 42 to 34—with no pills, no shakes, no injections.
Facts to consider

This eating plans advises against the use of injections, shakes, or pills, as their inclusion may affect the plan’s effectiveness. Additionally, weight-loss drugs may have side effects, including elevated blood pressure and heart rate, insomnia, nervousness, and restlessness.
⚠️ A word of caution: Avoid the dangerous trend of using insulin for weight loss. It’s meant for people with diabetes and can have serious health risks.
