Start by taking your ‘before’ photos in form-fitting clothing that clearly shows your natural shape. Capture photos from the front, side, and back for a complete view.

Next, weigh and measure yourself carefully, and record the details for future comparison. Use the measurement guide on to ensure accuracy.

Track Consistently, Not Constantly
For the most accurate reflection of your progress, weigh yourself just once a week — ideally on the same day and time.
If you’re comfortable, take weekly progress photos. Seeing your transformation visually can be incredibly motivating and remind you how far you’ve come.

Set Yourself Up for Success
To get the most out of your eating plan, take time to read through the first four pages carefully — they explain the structure and guidelines of the plan.

Plan your grocery shopping ahead based on the next day’s meals, or prepare food in bulk to save time and stay on track.
